contacting Apple

Contacting Apple seems impossible.

I have found several scientific papers on iBooks that are published, peer-reviewed, specific papers but they have been classified as "fiction and literature" which they are not, they are science. I have left feedback where I can but this has been ignored. All I'd like to do is contact Apple and poi this error out but this seems impossible. Anyone know how to get in touch?
